Ontario's Best Spa - Ste. Anne's Spa

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, welcome to Ste. Anne's Spa, located 1 hour and 30 minutes away from Toronto, in a beautiful town out east, called Grafton.
This spa provides day passes, as well as overnight packages and stays, and the great thing is that the day passes also come with a spa credit, lunch, and afternoon tea.
Whether you're planning a girls' getaway, celebrating a birthday, treating your mom, or simply craving a quiet day to yourself, here's everything you should know before visiting.

Facilities & Grounds
Spend time moving between the hydrotherapy pools, unwind in the eucalyptus steam room and saunas, or lounge by the seasonal spring-fed outdoor pool. If you're looking to stay active, there are fitness facilities and wellness classes available, while the walking trails and peaceful gardens are perfect for a quiet stroll between treatments.
Depending on the package you choose, your experience typically includes:
Access to the spa from morning until early evening
A spa and wellness credit to use toward treatments
A delicious three-course lunch (the food is absolutely INCREDIBLE here)
Traditional afternoon tea
Unlimited non-alcoholic beverages
Full access to all of the wellness facilities throughout the day.
The food at the spa is genuinely amazing, designed with farm-to-table dining options, and there are vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options. What's so special about this spa is that they also have an onsite gluten-free bakery where they make the most delicious baked goods, including their famous granola.
The Hydrotherapy Pools are my absolute favourite part of the spa. Featuring multiple outdoor pools, each with a unique temperature and function. Progress through them sequentially, warming your body before finishing with a cold plunge.
Start in the Upper Lazy River Pool with warm, flowing water for relaxation. Then, move to the Below the Falls Sitting Jet Pool with therapeutic massage jets. After, try the hotter Standing Jets & Waterfall Thermal Spa and Upper Sitting Thermal Spa, heated to 102–104°F, to relax muscles and improve circulation. Complete the circuit with a dip in the Yukon Plunge Pool, a cold pool at 60–65°F. I felt super brave to try the cold plunge, and it was amazing, I felt so great after!
I really love how the property is wonderful throughout the year, it's a spa for all seasons.
